Image flip (left and right mirror or upside down)

Troubleshooting image orientation issues including mirror and upside down problems

The image left and right mirror

On some devices, when the image is inverted, it appears to be a left and right mirror image. This phenomenon is a hardware feature and cannot be adjusted.

The image flips upside down

Please click [More] - [Inversion] button in the real-time preview interface in the APP to flip the image to correct direction.

In dual-lens device, if the images up and down are reverse, please contact the technician (Support center).

Capabilities are adjusted with system versions. Actual usage prevails.
