Video file is too large

Understanding why V380 camera video files may be larger than expected

  • If the capacity of a single video file (maximum 10 minutes) is larger than 50M, the video file will be too large.

  • The high complexity of the picture may cause the video file to be too large (such as forests, running water, crowds, etc.).

  • If there is too much noise on the screen, the video files may be too large. Thermal noise will occur if the heat dissipation of the device is abnormal.

  • If there is a lot of noise on the screen, please ensure that the device is cooling normally. If it is an abnormality of the image sensor, please contact the seller for after-sales service.

Capabilities are adjusted with system versions. Actual usage prevails.
