Can't find video files in APP

Learn about can't find video files in app

  1. Open the APP, click [Settings] icon in the Device list, select [Recording settings] to enter Recording settings interface, and confirm that the recording video is turned on. If the device only enables event recording, only the recording during the alarm period will be recorded
  2. Please confirm that the SD card is in normal state. If the device does not recognize the card or prompts "SD card read and write abnormally", please try to re-insert the card
  3. Put the SD card on the computer to check whether there is a video file in the card. If the video time does not match the current time, the video can not be searched in the APP
  4. Format the SD card on the computer, and then plug it back into the device and restart it once
