Can I still view videos after expired/unbound cloud storage packages

Viewing cloud storage videos after package expiration or unbinding

  1. If the cloud storage package has not expired, after unbinding, the video files will no longer be uploaded, and you can still view the recorded videos within the package retention period (The device still exists in the APP device list)

  2. After the cloud storage package expires, it will be automatically unbundled, and the server will clear the cloud storage video files, and the cleared files cannot be found or restored. If necessary, please check or download them in time
