Before you start
- The camera connects to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only — the 5 GHz band is not supported. Most routers are dual-band (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), so you can still use them.
- Keep the camera close to your router during setup. The stronger the signal, the smoother the live picture.
- You only need to configure the network once. You do not need to set it up again unless you change to another Wi-Fi network or reset the camera.
