V380 Pro DocsApp Features
Use the V380 Pro app — live view, lighting control, recording, replay, motion alarms, cloud storage, sharing and AI tracking.
Once the camera is online you can configure and monitor it entirely from the app. This page summarises the main features and links to detailed guides.
Live preview
Tap the play button on a camera in the device list to open the live view. From the preview and live screens you can:
- Arm / disarm the camera and view its network status.
- Open Settings, Cloud Storage Service, Share device and Delete device.
- Review the latest alarm pictures.
- Use the toolbar to snapshot, record a clip, open replay, change the image mode, start a voice intercom, control the light, and switch to full-screen.

Lighting control
On cameras with a spotlight you can choose how night vision behaves:
- Auto — black-and-white night vision by default; when an object passes by, the light turns on automatically for full-color night vision.
- On — turn the light on manually for full-color night vision.
- Off — turn the light off manually to go back to black-and-white.
You can also adjust the lighting sensitivity. See Light control function.
Recording
Insert a microSD (TF) card to record locally. You can open all recording modes or choose the one that suits you, and configure recording storage in the app.
Format the memory card the first time you use it. Battery-powered and AOV cameras also offer work mode settings that balance recording coverage against battery life.

Video replay
- Tap the play button on a camera to open the live view.
- Tap Replay.
- Choose the TF card or cloud storage recording, then select the date to play back.

Motion alarms and push
When motion is detected the camera raises an alarm and pushes the alarm message — with a picture — to the user's phone. To configure it:
- Open Settings → Alarm → Device alarm setting.
- Turn on the alarm switch, then set the alarm schedule, alarm area and alarm sound.

Cloud storage
Cloud storage records continuously, 24 hours a day, with several plans available for purchase:

To enable cloud storage:
- Tap Cloud Storage Service (log in with an account first), then Buy a new package.
- Bind the cloud package to the device and confirm the subscription. Once binding is complete, the device has cloud storage recording enabled.
- To unbind a package, get a verification code by phone or email and confirm.

Device sharing
Share a camera with family and friends so they can view it too. Open the app, select your camera on the home page and tap Share to open the sharing page. The other person needs to register their own account.
AI / mobile tracking
On the AI intelligent camera, mobile tracking makes the lens follow a person automatically and capture their movement track:
- Tap "Preset Tracking".
- Tap the play button to open the live view.
- Tap "Mobile Tracking".
Other settings
From the app's Settings you can also:
- View device general information and modify the device network name, password and time.
- Check firmware information and available updates.
- Configure recording storage and the optional memory card.
- Adjust lighting sensitivity.
- Change the voice prompts and device language.
